WE R SALT INITIATIVES

1st initiative, Teach and develop men of all ages the importance of their role as a man Utilizing biblical principles and spiritual strategies. Whether it be a father, a husband, an uncle, a brother, a mentor, or leader.
2nd initiative, Create a tutor program for students of all classification statuses. Kindergarten through college. Intimate study groups. Free of charge.
3rd initiative, Develop job aide workshops, job fairs, entrepreneur’s workshops. Business owners and vendors providing jobs for young men and young women apart of the community.
4th initiative, Develop a prison back to work initiative; working with the state of Michigan, For the soon to be released prisoners, and work with probation officers to assure a fair and adequate entrance back into society from a broken system.

5th initiative, Provide proper resources for the homeless community to access housing from temporary shelter to permanent.
6th initiative, Address the community suffering from substance abuse (alcohol addiction, prescription drug addiction, and or illicit drug addiction). SALT will provide a process for deliverance and freedom without judgement for people of the community to overcome and be freed of the addiction.
7th initiative, Address the community concerning mental health awareness, educate how to cope and manage behaviors, consisting but not limited to stress, postpartum, PTSD, etc, stemming from verbal and physical abuses. Including but not limited to professional and certified counsel.
8th initiative, Domestic Violence. /child abuse, Education and resources to remove one from this environment. Temporary housing initiative, certified counselors , using previous victims trapped in those life threatening environments.
We will execute small groups utilizing scripture base (Gods Word) teachings to restore Gods children. We shall SALT (seasoning all lives together), because we are SALT (seasoning all lives together) we will consult with leaders of the community including but not limited to the mayor, governor, and state legislature.
